Ingrediënten:
- 200 gram magere kwark
- een halve mango
- een sinaasappel
- een hele banaan
- water
Bereiding:
Alles bij elkaar in de blender.. Aanvullen met water als het nog niet goed drinkbaar is.. Eventueel kun je de smoothies aanvullen met zaden, noten en superfoods zoals lijnzaad, amandelen, cacao, chia zaad etc.

What is the problem with an ET poking fun at religious fundamentalism? The whole notion of a middle eastern mystic (jesus) representing the whole universe is absurd so why not poke fun.. a move like “Paul” was an excellent opportunity to do so.
